When ordering a set amount of sheets, we can switch out the designs on a per sheet basis.
E.g If you order 10 pages of 30mm circles, we can split these, eg 5 sheets of design 1 and 5 sheets design 2.
However if you need different sizes or shapes they must be seperatly ordered.
E.g. You order 10 pages but need 5x 30mm and 5x35mm, this would need to be added to your basket as 5x sheets at 30mm and 5x sheets at 35mm.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and the service you receive. In the unlikely instance that something that’s not quite right, we will be more than happy to help resolve your problem.

Artwork

The most popular design programs are Adobe photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft office.
We can work with many file types, just try to send the largest available so it is high quality to ensure a good print.
Most customers prefer to use .JPG, .PNG, .PDF & .PSD
If you dont have any of those files get in touch and we will be able to assist.
All artwork is manually checked and setup before proofing to ensure that it is correct, if there are any issues or concerns we will always be in touch to fix anything before your product gets made.
You can still place an order even if you dont have your artwork yet. Just place a note on the order at checkout letting us know that youll send it when its available.
A bleed is printing term that for an area that can be trimmed when the design is cut to the finished size.
This is to ensure that there are no white edges on the final print.
If you dont know how to add a bleed we can always try and add one for you, just make sure that you leave atleast 3mm space around the edges of your design (clear of text etc)
If we are unable to add a bleed we will provide a proof with a black or white border which best suite your particular design.
The resolution of an image indicates how detailed the image will look when printed. Low resolution text and images will come out slightly blurry or pixelated.
Images pulled from the internet or social media websites are often low resolution. It is always better to use photographs or images from stock websites. If possible try use 300dpi for the best prints.
If we ever recieve artwork that we are concerned may be to low resolution we contact you to see if you have anything else available.
All of our machines print using CMYK ink (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). During the setup process your designs colors are automatically changed so your proof will show exactly how it will print. If you are concerned with the change, check our color guide on how you can change the color settings within your artwork.

Products

Waterproofing depends on 2 things, the type of media used as a base and the type of ink used.
Media – if the stickers/labels are made on a paper base they are not waterproof, the paper will absorb water and degrade quickly. If the stickers/labels are printed on BOPP or Vinyl the base material will be fully waterproof.
Ink – Our sticker sheets are printed using dye based ink, this type of ink is not waterproof and can be susceptible to smudging espeically if they come in contact with moisture.
We would advise against using stickers on fabrics as it is incredibly difficult to predict how the adhesive may react,
We can stock a fabric safe media which is suitable for advertising on garments etc. please get in tough for a custom quote.
Bespoke size –  If there is a specific size you need please let us know, we can cut almost all our product in exact sizes and shapes and will absolutley be able to help
Bespoke media  – If your wanting something that we dont offer, fabric safe, clear, craft paper, metallic backing, foil etc we will most likely be able to source it and still provide the product although it may take a touch longer than a normal order.
