Damaged Goods
On delivery please check for any damage to your package and ensure that the contents are intact.
If you spot any damage to the package or its contents or the contents are missing, please sign as “damaged”, “contents are missing”,”unchecked” if you are not able to check at the time of delivery.
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems and provide the order number and with details of the problem so that the situation may be assessed, you may be asked to provide photographs so that a claim can be opened with the courier.
Once the damage is confirmed we will contact you to organise a collection from where and when the items can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, which ever your preference, as long as you notify us of your decision to process a return and refund within 14 days in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Un-Damaged Goods – None Customised
If your order is delivered correctly and you change your mind or simply want to cancel your order please notify us within 14 days. Once we have acknowledged your request to return the goods for a refund, you have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, we recommend that you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If you change your mind after you have placed an order but before delivery, we may incurr a charge for the returned goods, this cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, please note we can only accept unopened products.
All returned goods must be received by Skipton Labels before any refund can be issued. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once in receipt of those goods, but please allow up to 30 days.
