Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please check your order when it arrives. If your parcel or items appear damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where possible, please keep the original packaging and provide photographs of the parcel and goods so that we can assess the issue and raise a claim with the courier if needed.

If the goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, reprint, repair or refund, depending on the issue.

If the parcel is visibly damaged at the point of delivery, you may wish to sign for it as “damaged” or “unchecked” where the courier allows this.

Un-Damaged Goods – Non-Customised

If your order is delivered correctly and you change your mind, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us that you wish to return the goods, you then have a further 14 days to send them back to us.

Returned goods should be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition. Please return them securely packaged, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required, but upgraded delivery options may only be refunded up to the value of our standard delivery service.

If you change your mind after placing an order but before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the goods before a refund can be issued.

Un-Damaged Goods – Customised

Customised, personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

This includes custom sticker orders, personalised labels, printed artwork, made-to-size products and any item produced specifically for you.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not produced as agreed.
