Our Products

Skipton Labels supplies custom stickers, sticker sheets, labels, vinyl stickers, paper stickers and other printed products.

Many of our products are customised, personalised or made to order using artwork, logos, images, text, sizes, quantities and options selected or supplied by the customer.

Product descriptions, images and examples on our website are provided to help show the type of product available. Slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, print processes, screen settings, colour profiles, cutting and finishing.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed or started processing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, pricing errors, stock or material issues, unsuitable artwork, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or artwork that we believe may be unlawful, offensive or infringe another person’s rights.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch begins.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not intentionally store full payment card details on our website.

Artwork, Logos and Uploaded Files

For custom orders, you are responsible for supplying suitable artwork, logos, images, text, files and instructions.

You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logo, image, design, trademark, text or file that you upload, send to us or ask us to print.

You must not upload or send any artwork that is unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes copyright, trademark or any other rights belonging to another person or business.

We may refuse to print artwork that we believe is unsuitable, unlawful, offensive or may infringe another person’s rights.

We are not responsible for checking whether you have permission to use artwork, logos, names, brands, characters, images or other materials supplied by you.

Artwork Quality and Print Results

Please upload the best-quality version of your artwork. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, compressed or poor-quality artwork may result in reduced print quality.

We may contact you if we notice an obvious issue with your artwork, but we cannot guarantee that every artwork issue will be identified before printing.

If you approve artwork, a proof, a preview or a design instruction, you are responsible for checking spelling, layout, size, colour, positioning, cut line, quantity and all other details before production begins.

We cannot usually accept responsibility for errors in artwork, text, spelling, layout or design once they have been supplied or approved by you.

Proofs and Previews

Where a proof or preview is provided, it is intended as a guide to the final product.

Please check proofs carefully before approving them. This includes checking spelling, colours, size, shape, cut lines, borders, positioning and any other details relevant to your order.

Once a proof has been approved, we may begin production. After production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Colours and Materials

Colours on screens can vary depending on your device, brightness, display settings and colour profile. Printed colours may not exactly match what you see on screen.

Different materials and finishes may also affect the final appearance of the print. For example, paper, vinyl, matte and gloss finishes can all produce slightly different results.

Small colour variations between orders, batches, materials or reprints are possible and are not normally classed as a fault.

Cutting, Sizing and Tolerances

Our products are printed and cut using production equipment, and small variations can occur during the printing and cutting process.

Minor differences in size, shape, alignment, border thickness or cut position may occur and are considered normal for printed and cut products.

If you require a very specific size, border, cut line or layout, please make this clear when placing your order.

Sticker Use and Suitability

It is your responsibility to ensure that the stickers or labels you order are suitable for your intended use, surface, environment and application.

Stickers generally work best on clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Some surfaces, coatings, textures, curves, paints, plastics or finishes may affect adhesion.

We recommend testing stickers on an inconspicuous area first where surface suitability is important.

Only products specifically described as waterproof should be treated as waterproof. Other products may not be suitable for water exposure, outdoor use or heavy handling.

Production and Dispatch Times

Production and dispatch times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we have agreed this with you in writing.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork quality, proof approval, material availability, equipment issues, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

If we need information, artwork, clarification or proof approval from you, this may delay production or dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, postal delays, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses or other issues outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.

Cancelling an Order Before Production

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

If your order is customised, personalised, made to order, already in production or already completed, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy explains when items can be returned or refunded.

Non-customised goods may be returned in accordance with your consumer rights and our returns policy.

Customised, personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

This includes custom sticker orders, personalised labels, printed artwork, made-to-size products and any item produced specifically for you.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not produced as agreed.

For more information, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If your parcel or items appear damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where possible, please keep the original packaging and provide photographs of the parcel and goods so that we can assess the issue and raise a claim with the courier if needed.

If the goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, reprint, repair or refund, depending on the issue.

Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account on our website to view orders, manage details or access customer features.

Discount Codes and Offers

Discount codes, offers and promotions may be changed, withdrawn or refused at any time.

Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.

Offers may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or other conditions.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, where you are purchasing as a business customer.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include postal or courier delays, strikes, severe weather, fire, flood, power failure, internet issues, supplier delays, material shortages, equipment failure, illness, changes in law or other events beyond our control.
